Colin Martin is the Director of Martin Real Estate and will be the main point of contact for the project.
Colin’s experience spans over 40 years. He is a fully licensed principal Real Estate Agent, completed Law 1, 2 & 3; Accounting 1, 2 & 3; Practice 1, 2 & 3 and graduated in 1988, Agency practice and has Diploma in property.
Colin has vast experience in property and development. He has played a strategic role in a large number of developments in the Northern Region, including residential, commercial and industrial developments. Colin is not just a real estate agent but has been a developer of property himself involving subdivisions, design and construction.
As a marketer, Colin has been innovative with ideas for strategic outcomes, and a focus on higher and better use for property and people and community at large. Not all projects have had a financial reward, many of the projects have been for the benefit of the community (his contribution of giving back).
Colin can provide input on market research, feedback on the challenges, trends for outcomes analysing the market place, from street scape to marketing and sales.
Colin has many connections within the building industry in S.A. and works with Adelaide’s largest building companies. His important network gives credibility and provides opportunities to invite developers and builders to bring their product to the table.
Colin is passionate about marketing and creating value for the project and will regularly report to the Project Sponsor. As mentioned previously, he is experienced in all facets of Real Estate. He has been actively involved and successful in marketing a number of land developments. Colin has recently completed the sales of allotments in Emerald Green Development for Salisbury Council, finalizing the last stage of the project.
Yun Lian is from Shanghai in China, and is a highly motivated young lady. She speaks two languages and has played an important role connecting Martin Real Estate to the Chinese market.
Yun’s accounting degree and marketing knowledge has added valuable support to our company and she is a highly regarded employee of our organisation.
Yun is also the Company’s Financial Administration Officer and Colin’s Personal Assistant.
Brian is well known and well respected in real estate.
Brian is a people’s person and has the interest of the client at heart at all times.
Brian is honest in all things; nothing is too much trouble. He is motivated to complete tasks and to obtain the satisfaction of a happy customer.
Brian’s was the owner of Fernilee Lodge and Alden Manor, well-known restaurants. Brian has retained contact with old clients over the years. Many people have referred friends and family to Brian.
Brian has an old school approach; a handshake is his word.

Ann has a long connection with real estate and a background in Interior Architecture and Architectural History. She has studied Urban Design and Project Management and has a strong interest in new developments as well as sales.
Good communication skills are a priority, Ann has been a tertiary level lecturer for years and speaks French, Spanish and Italian.
Ann has made many connections with investors and development groups over the years, and worked for The David Roche Foundation for over 20 years. This has given Ann a very good opportunity to connect with developers and groups that have been active in the Adelaide real estate market.
Ann has made a great contribution to our office team and is new to the Industry but has been enthusiastic from day one.
Phil has many life experiences and his objective is building a rapport with both the Vendor and the Purchaser. Phil’s attention to detail is second to none and this is of the utmost importance in selling real estate. Phil has a wonderful flair and personality.

John Taylor has over 40 years’ experience in the sale of Residential Homes, Townhouses and Apartments in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. John is a well-recognised identity and well respected for his knowledge. He was a former employee of Toop and Toop for over 30 years.
John needs little introduction, his vast experience in real estate selling thousands of properties, including land, apartments, homes and developments, speaks for itself.
John is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate. He cares deeply about doing the job correctly. His attention to detail, from listing a property to selling a property, and a perfectionist on documentation, he is meticulous with his paperwork, follow up and procedures.
John is an avid cricket lover, a historian and loves life and helping people secure their property dream.

Marlene has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 1984. Marlene has experience throughout the whole Real Estate office including sales, property management and administration.
Marlene puts a great deal of time and effort into making sure both the Vendor and Purchaser are happy. In her current role at Martin Real Estate, Marlene is front of house and performs a number of duties including all of the office advertising together with Yun – Personal Assistant to Colin in all areas of support.
Marlene is a Justice of the Peace and also holds the unique role of a Special Justice for and in South Australia and is currently assigned to the Adelaide Youth Court.
Marlene also enjoys keeping fit, trail running and catching up with family and friends.
Marlene is a people’s person and happy by nature, she has a caring heart and will go beyond the call of duty to help people.
